Teens are not immune to the sometimes conflicting and harmful advice about what to eat and how to exercise. Through care and encouragement, teen coaching aims to help our youth learn to love and respect themselves, while gaining healthy living skills that will serve them for life. 

fitanimal offers one-on-one virtual teen coaching and group programs. Our teen offerings are focused on healthy living habits rooted in an understanding of our biology as well as critical thinking skills, navigating peer-pressure and social media, and body image issues. 

The goal is to empower our youth with the ability to make thoughtful decisions, learn when to question things, and develop the confidence to trust themselves when it comes to their self-care. The result is teens that take ownership of their health one powerful decision at a time.
